Lares offers its over-65 guests a stimulating and safe environment, with common areas designed for social life and a wide range of services included in the fee. All spaces are barrier-free, equipped with emergency call devices and environmental monitoring systems.

Four themed areas designed to enrich guests' daily lives, balancing conviviality, movement, culture and nature.
Restaurant Area
Shared dining room with a centralised HACCP-compliant kitchen. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner served at regular times.
Physical Activity Area
Spaces dedicated to movement and physical wellbeing, with the option of outdoor activities in the residence garden.
Lounge, Music & TV Area
Common room with library, tea tables, HD Smart TV and a music corner. The perfect place for reading, conversation and cultural moments.
Garden Therapy Area
Therapeutic garden and community vegetable garden where you care for plants: an activity that combines physical and mental wellbeing.
Common spaces and outdoor areas
Gardens, terraces and convivial spaces designed for relaxation and social life, immersed among olive trees and Mediterranean scents.
Telemedicine 24/7
At the heart of our daily work is the physical and mental wellbeing of our guests. That is why we offer a structured, high-quality healthcare service, with medical consultation available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
A team of professionals is always reachable by video call for general and specialist medical consultations, therapy management and first-line guidance when needed — all without leaving home.

A complete formula covering utilities, cleaning, entertainment, telemedicine and much more. No worries, only comfort and serenity.
Dining*
Breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner prepared in a centralised HACCP-compliant kitchen. Varied 4-week menu cycle with seasonal variants, adaptable to special diets.
* Included for ground-floor rooms. For first-floor two-room apartments, available via the PREMIUM service.
Cleaning & Hygiene
Daily cleaning of common areas and weekly cleaning of the apartment, including a change of linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels).
Laundry & Ironing
Weekly washing and ironing of bed and bath linen. A reliable, punctual service for everyday comfort.
Entertainment & Recreation
Weekly programme of parties, conversation groups, hands-on workshops, trips and cultural outings curated by the social worker in collaboration with the local community.
TV, Internet & Phone
HD Smart TV in every apartment, ultra-fast WiFi throughout the building and an automated phone switchboard for incoming calls to each room.
Concierge & Errands
One-stop point for reception, post, medical appointments, medication pickup, wellness services (podiatrist, hairdresser) and administrative paperwork.
Utilities & Maintenance
Heating, electricity, water and ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the apartment and common areas fully included.
Social Support
A social worker on site for at least 12 hours per week and auxiliary staff 6 hours per day to coordinate and support community life.
Extra services
Additional services not included in the fee, available on request at the rates agreed with the operator.
Hairdresser, barber, beauty
Hairdresser, barber, manicure, pedicure and podiatry services available on site.
Personal laundry
Laundry service for clothing and personal linen (including underwear).
Trips, museums and cultural outings
Museum visits, excursions, cinema and outdoor activities beyond the included programme.
Specialist consultations
On-site specialist medical visits at the rate of the specialist involved.
Personalised healthcare
Additional healthcare support with external health assistants, based on specific rate sheets.
Pay TV (Sky, Netflix, etc.)
Paid TV subscriptions activated individually on each apartment.
Extra apartment cleaning
Extraordinary cleaning sessions beyond the included weekly service.
Transport service
Transport for medical visits, diagnostic tests and errands (emergencies excluded, handled by emergency services).
Other services for guests
Spiritual support
Weekly participation in Mass and celebration of liturgical feasts at the local parish. Guests of other denominations are given dedicated spaces for their own practice.
Valuables custody
Help with form completion and safe-deposit operations at local banks for personal items and valuables.
Pets welcome
Companion animals are welcome in the residence, in accordance with the Internal Regulations, to ensure the wellbeing of all guests.
